Nandrolone Phenylpropionate is also know as Durabolin or NPP.

Durabolin is quite similar to the very popular Deca Durabolin. They have different effects on the body. This is the main difference. Durabolin composition includes Nandrolone. However, unlike Deca it is not decanoate but phenylpropionate. Durabolin has a shorter period of action. Its active chemical substance quickly enters the bloodstream and acts for 2-3 days. Athletes who want optimal results inject themselves with Durabolin every third day or every two days. The dosage is somewhere around 50-100 mg per injection, which corresponds to a total of 150-300 mg per week.

Nandrolone Phenylpropionate has a strong anabolic effect, combined with a moderate androgenic effect, which promotes tissue regeneration and helps maintain muscle mass during a diet.

Nandrolone Phenylpropionate retains less water in the body than Deca Durabolin, so Durabolin is more suitable for competition preparation. The gain in strength and mass is smaller and slower than with Deca, but of higher quality. A suitable combination for gaining strength and mass is, for example, the following combination: 50 mg NPP every two days, 50 mg Testosterone Propionate every two days and 20 mg Winstrol tablets per day.

Although Deca is normally well tolerated by women at a dosage of 100-200 mg per week, problems may arise in athletes who are particularly sensitive to androgenic effects. Water retention, high blood pressure, increased blood estrogen levels, and masculinization are less common when taking NPP. Good results are achieved by female bodybuilders taking 50 mg of Durabolin per week, 50 mg of Testosterone Propionate every 8-10 days, plus 8-10 mg of Winstrol, or 10 mg of Oxandrolone per day. Attention should be paid to the fact that between the injections of various injectable steroids should be an interval of 3-4 days.

Durabolin is one of the most reliable and safest steroids. Side effects occur in very rare cases and in particularly sensitive people. Nandrolone Phenylpropionate has no effect on liver function and is even prescribed for liver diseases. Such phenomena of masculinization in women as hoarseness of the voice, a decrease in the timbre of the voice, body hair growth, acne, increased libido are possible, but they are unlikely to appear at reasonable dosages and in a not very long-term intake. Men may not have problems at all. A decrease in the production of own testosterone in men is still possible with long-term use of the drug and at high doses, because the pituitary gland delays the release of gonadotropins.
